Enum: ThermodynamicQuantityTypeEnum

Thermodynamic quantities that can be reported for a reaction. Transformed ("primed") quantities follow the biochemical convention in which hydrogen ions and water are not balanced in the reaction and their contributions are absorbed into a Legendre transform, so a primed value is meaningful only alongside the conditions recorded with it.
