Slot: wurcs representation (wurcs_representation)

A linear notation that encodes a glycan as a count of unique residues, residues and linkages, followed by a list of unique residue skeleton codes, the sequence in which they occur, and the linkages between them. Aligned so that one structure has one string, which is what allows GlyTouCan to mint a stable accession per structure.

The segment following WURCS= is the version number of the format, for example 2.0. An earlier revision of this schema used the pattern ^WURCS=Version/.* which read the placeholder in the format specification as a literal, and so matched no real WURCS string
